Shawn:
Last night was so fun.
I woke up and Aaliyah was gone. But I saw a note on the bedside table that said she was at Maya's. I smiled and got out of bed to get ready. -
I grabbed all my things and head out the door to Maya's room to pick up her and Aaliyah. I knocked and Maya opend the door.
"Morning." She said and I smiled. "Morning. Ready to get some breakfast?" I aksed and Aaliyah came runnig out the door from behind her. "Let's go." She said almost at the elevator.
Me and Maya laughed and she walked out grabbing her phone from the table and locked her door.
I love her laugh and her smile.
It's the best.
We walked over to Aaliyah who's holding the elevator door open for us. We entered the lobby and went to the restaurant where we met up with Andrew and the rest of the crew.
"Ready for today?" Geoff asked Maya and she nodded. "I'm excited." She said and smiled over at me.
I smiled back and then she and Geoff continued with their own conversation, basically cutting me out. I'm a bit jealous, a little, of Geoff.
He knows I like her so he better not steal her. Oh my gosh Shawn what's happening to you. She's not yours, why are you so protective?
I thought but Aaliyah snapped me out of my thoughts, probably seeing my confusion. "Shawn?" She asked and I shook my head. "Nothing." I said and started talking with Andrew.
After we ate breakfast we all drove to the arena to do sound checks and rehearsals. Maya was busy backstage and she tested out all my equipment for the show. "Thank you." I said while she's fixing up my mic.
She smiled her amazing smile, "No problem." She said and tapped the mic to make sure it works.
"There you go." She said and walked off. "You need to make a move or I will." Geoff said walking up to me. I glared at him. "What? She's not a toy Geoff. And back off you know I like her." I said and he smiled.
"What?" I asked. "That's all I wanted to do. Bring out sassy-Shawn. I don't like her man, we're just friends. Go get her." He said patting my shoulder.
I smiled and looked back at Maya.
She was dancing with Aaliyah.
