Maya:

We pulled up in the driveway and about right now, I'm feeling the nerves!

"Shawn I don't think I can do this." I said once he came back to the car to get the other bags. He placed both his hands on my face and looked directly into my eyes with a smile plastered on his face.

"Trust me. You'll be fine, my parents will love you." He said.

I smiled and stepped closer to him. Our lips lightly brushed against each other's and when we're about to kiss we got interrupted. "Shawn?" I heard a voice, sounding like a girl. "Lauren?" Shawn questioned and then walked over to her giving her a hug.

"It's good to see you. How've you been?" He asked and walked back to me taking my hand in his.

I could feel he was tense but I don't know why.

"Good. I'm Lauren by the way." She said extending her hand for me. "Maya." I said shaking her hand.

She's beautiful.

Dark hair and gorgeous.

"Laur, this is my girlfriend." Shawn said and I looked at him. His cheeks are red and he was really tense now. "Oh congratulations." She said with a smile.

What's up with Shawn?

"I should probably let you guys unpack. See ya!" She said and walked off. I like her. "Shawn are you okay?" I asked turning to him.

He was hard to read.

"Y-yeah." He stuttered and grabbed he last few things from the trunk taking them in the house. "Liyah?" I questioned and she shook her head walking in.

I was so confused!

I got in the house and Shawn grabbed my hand pulling me up the stairs. "Shawn slow down! What's up with y-" I wanted to ask but he cut my off by smashing his lips to mine, passionately and full of love.

We walked into his room, our lips not disconnecting.

"You're mine okay. Only mine. The only one." He said and I was confused on why he would say that. "Okay?" I said more of a question.

"It's her." He said and all the pieces fell into place. "I'm sorry." I said softly. "I'm over her. I got you." He smiled. "I'm sorry, we're still friends but it still hurts me a little when I see her." He said and took my hands.

"Hey." I said cupping his face. "I understand. Don't worry you won't lose me Mendes. It's not that hard to get rid of me, I'm like a parasite." I said chuckling. "I love you." He said laughing and I pecked his lips.
