Shawn:
We just walked into the hotel lobby and someone called on Maya. "Maya?" I heard a manly voice and turned around to see Maya running towards the dude.
"Brian!" She exclaimed and practically jumped in his arms. She started crying and he did to.
I walked over to them and Maya took my hand. "Why are you here?" She asked and I squeezed her hand. "Marcus called me." The guy said.
Her smile faded and she became pale.
"Brian. This is Shawn my boyfriend. Shawn this is Brian. My brother. Also known as Marcus's best friend." She said and I could hear her voice cracking.
Doesn't he know about the things he did to her?
Suddenly the door opened and a big guy came walking in. He had a lot of tattoos. Maya squeezed my hand tighter and stepped behind me.
I could sense she was scared.
"Hey dude." Maya's brother said hugging the guy. "Maya can I speak with you?" The other guys asked and Maya tensed up. "No. Leave me alone please." She pleaded and the guys eyes became soft.
"Maya please." He begged.
"Anything you wanna say to her you can say to me to." I interrupted. I don't want her to be alone with this guy. He nodded and we stepped aside.
"Maya I'm so sorry. I told your brother everything about my drinking problem and the way I abused you. After that night at the hotel in New York I booked myself into a rehabilitation program. I'm clean Maya." The guy said with a smile.
"I'm not asking you to take me back because I know you'll never love me the way you love this guy." He said pointing at me and I blushed a little.
"I'm just asking for your forgiveness. If that's possible." He said and Maya stepped beside me. "I forgive you Marcus." She said.
What! How can she forgive him? I don't know. But that's just the person she is.
"But I'm gonna ask you to stay as far away from me as possible. And from Shawn, and everyone." She said and I squeezed her hand looking down at her.
Marcus nodded and thanked her before he walked off with Brian. I kissed her throne after pulling her into a tight hug.
I felt her loosen up.
"I'm proud of you." I said softly and she looked up at me. I leaned down and felt her lips brushing against mine before she closed the gap and we kissed.
