Jay's pov
I run outside into the cold dark january night. I dont stop running.
I keep going untill I am at my destination.
The bridge.
The bridge is where I go to think. I don't know why but it's where thoughts come the easiest to me.
He said she. She is doing this to get back at me. Who is she? What did I ever do to her?
I sat there thinking who could it be. Who could possibly do this. What woman do i know that would possibly be capable of doing this?
I sat there for about an hour just thinking. I was starting to think that the bridge wouldn't help me with my thoughts today.
Just as I was turning to walk off the bridge it dawned on me. I know exactly who is responsible for this and even who her accomplice is.
I run back to the district as fast as I can. I even almost got hit by a car a couple times.
I run up to the bullpen and everyone is back at their desks but the live feed on the computer is still going. It has been muted so I can't tell what's going on i just know that it has been going on long enough and it's time to go get Erin back.
"Guys I know who did this. I know who her accomplice is and I even know where Erin is right now." I say when I get up the stairs taking a minute to catch my breath.
"What how? Who is it? Where is she?" Hank says coming out of his office.
"Allie Corson. She was my high school girlfriend. When her brother was killed she went down the wrong path got into drugs and all that. Well she came back into town a few weeks ago and wanted to get back together but then I told her about Erin. Then this morning she came back and asked me out after I told her about what happened with Erin. She didn't care at all she almost seemed happy."
"And your sure it's her? Then who is the guy with Erin?" Hank asks.
"I am positive it's her I have gone through every person I know and she is the only one. And her accomplice goes by T-Bo. I don't know his real name I just know he used to be her drug dealer and she helped him out and even took the fall for him a few times. T-Bo still owed her after all these years so she must have asked him to do this for her." I explain.
"Then where is she?" Hank asks.
"T-Bo used to have a warehouse just outside of the city that he ran everything out of. It is far enough out of town that nobody goes there but still close enough. And I know for a fact he still owns it."
"Alright everyone suit up. Someone call an ambulance tell them to meet us there. Let's go." Hank said causing everyone to jump out of their seats and scramble to get ready as fast as they could.
Don't worry Erin we are coming.
Five minutes later we were all rolling out. That's probably the fastest we have ever gotten ready.
I made sure everyone knew where we were going and we drove there as fast as we could with our lights and sirens on running every red light we came up to and going about double the speed limit.
It would normally take 20 minutes to drive to the location from the district but it took us all less than 10.
The ambulance was only a few minutes out so we decided to rush inside.
We all take separate parts of the warehouse half of us searching upstairs half of us on the main floor.
As I am searching the main floor the others finished the rest of the warehouse. There was no sign of her ever being here.
