Final Chapter (Epilogue)

Hey guys this is the last chapter of this book. Sorry it's taken so long to finish. I did change the last chapter a little bit. If you haven't gone back to read it Erin and Jays baby was a boy.

"MOM DAD DANNY STOLE MY FOOTBALL AGAIN." I hear my oldest son yell from downstairs.

"Shhhh be quiet i just got your sister to fall asleep." I say quietly as i walk out and close the door behind me. 

Yeah that's right I said little sister. I also have a daughter. 

So a lot has happened in the past 10 years. 10 years ago Jay and I had our first born son Alex. 3 months after Alex was born Jay and I finally got married. We bought a house on the outskirts of Chicago in a safe neighborhood and big enough for our family to grow and develop since we always knew we wanted more kids. We ended up waiting a few years and when Alex was 4 we had another son who we named Daniel. We were very happy with our two sons but it was always jays dream to have a daughter, so we kept trying to have another baby and we did after 2 years. So when Alex was 6 and Daniel was 2 we had another baby. Jay and i were really hoping for a girl however, we ended up with another boy. Even though it wasn't the daughter we were hoping for we were still happy to welcome our third son Jaxon into the world. 

After Jaxon was born we decided that it probably just wasn't meant for us to have a daughter so we decided that we wouldn't try for another baby and settle for spoiling Adam and Kim's daughter Ally as much as we would if she was our own daughter. 

However, about a year ago we found out that i was pregnant again. This time we finally got our baby girl. 6 months ago we finally welcomed our daughter Nyckole, who we call Nyck, into this world. 

Now, having 3 boys and a baby in the house can be a little crazy sometimes there can be a lot of yelling and screaming and crying. Very big messes and occasionally things get broke.  

But this is my dream. This might not be the life I always imagined for myself but i could not imagine living it any other way. I got to marry the man of my dreams, I get to wake up with him by my side everyday. And we get to work together. 

I have my dream job. I work with my best friends, the love of my life and the man who saved my life when i was a teenager and made all of this possible for me. 

At home i have a beautiful family that I would never trade for anything. I love my life and i couldn't imagine it ever being any other way. 

"Er you alright?" Jay asks coming up the stairs meeting me standing there in the hallway.

"Yeah I was just thinking about how perfect my life is." I say grabbing his shirt and pulling him in for a kiss. "I love you and our family so much"

"I know. I love you too." He says kissing me back

"Ew gross." I hear a little voice coming from behind us.

"Haha. Hey Danny why don't you go get your brothers and head out to the backyard your mom and i will be out in a minute to play with you guys. We have to try and let your sister sleep remember." Jay says 

Danny spins on his heel and runs down the stairs yelling for his brothers to go outside to play

Its a good thing that Nyck is a very heavy sleeper because those three boys make a lot of noise. 

"They are going to be the death of me." Jay says turning around to go find the boys in the backyard before they get in too much trouble.

I grab the baby monitor so that I can know if Nyck wakes up while were outside.

After 4 hours the boys are finally tired and Nyck was just waking up so we all head inside and I go get Nyck and do everything I need to do to make her happy while Jay makes supper for us all and the boys relax quietly on the couch and watch a movie.  

This was my life. My perfect, amazing, wonderful dream life. And I wouldn't have it any other way. This is my forever. This is my always. This is where I want to be.
