Abraxas may be willing to help us, pero alam ko na hesitant pa rin magtiwala si Jared sa kanya. I can't blame him, Abraxas will do anything just for the sake of ice cream.

"Jared, anong tinatago mo kay Maddie? If we are going to summon your parents sa Caribbean Sea, we need her," tanong ko sa kanya nang maramdaman ko na gising na siya. He is trying to sleep from time to time, pero alam ko na madami siya iniisip.

Hindi lingid sa akin na may tinatago si Jared kay Maddie. Pumunta kami sa Armenia without her which is highly unlikely. Kahit noong dinala ko yung white medallion sa Vienna, wala din alam si Maddie tungkol dito.

"Maia, sinabi na sa akin ni Abraxas na kailangan ko ng ashes ng parents ko to summon their souls. Even though nagkalat ito sa Caribbean Sea. He can still use his powers to gather those ashes. You weren't there when he explained the details dahil pinabili ka niya ng isa pang ice cream."

"I have a pretty good idea kung anong gagawin niyo. Your parents need a vessel here on earth. Your father will use your body for soul transfer while your mother while use Maddie as her vessel."

Jared already explained to me that they will be using the power of the four medallions to summon his parents. Abraxas will also be using Gideon's power para siguraduhin na walang Immundus ang makaka takas during the process.

He trusted Abraxas and even sent him to be a demon to protect Sage. I can't help but to admire the ice cream addict demon for his dedication.

"Maia,my mother cannot use Maddie's body. That's why I am keeping some things from her."

"I don't understand. Akala ko ba walang magiging problema as you and Maddie are both powerful and both of you can contain their powers? Blood related pa kayo. Bakit ba natin iniwan si Maddie kung kailangan natin siya as the vessel for your mother's soul?"

"Again, we are not going to use my sister's body."

"But that is your initial plan di ba? Ikaw ang vessel ng daddy mo, si Maddie ang vessel ng mommy mo. Ano ba ang tinatago mo sa akin?" tanong ko kay Jared as he is not giving me the whole picture of his plans.

"Once my father used my body as his vessel, my consciousness will still be there. It means, the two of us can converse to each other. Both of us can have control of my body. It is like two souls in one body kaya hindi delikado sa akin ang soul transfer procedure na gagawin namin."

"And? Anong problema dun, Jared? Bakit hindi pwede maging vessel si Maddie?"

"Maia, listen carefully. My sister can't kill Cassus. Every cells in her body will reject the idea of killing Cassus. That's why she can't be a vessel of my mother."

"Jared, your sister is strong. She can defeat this ancient dark being. Magtiwala ka lang sa kapatid mo."

"I trust her and I know her, that's why I am certain she can't kill Cassus."

"I believe in her, Jared. Your sister is powerful especially with your mother's help. They can both end Cassus."

"Maia, Maddie can't kill Cassus if Cassus is using Cole's body," sabi ni Jared habang nakatingin sa mata ko.

Cassus is using Cole's body? Anong ibig sabihin ni Jared? 

"Cassus is possessing Cole's body? Paano nangyari yun? "

"That's right. Cassus is using Cole's body from time to time at walang idea ang kapatid ko. I don't think she can kill Cassus kung si Cole ang kaharap niya at nakikita niya. My sister loves Cole so much. She can even die for that man."

It means kasama namin si Cassus all along? 

"Jared, paano ka naman nakaka sigurado na hindi yun kaya gawin ni Maddie?"

"Dahil hindi din kita kayang saktan if Cassus will use your body. My whole being will revolt to the idea of hurting you," sabi ni Jared as he touch my face with his two hands.

Somehow, naiintindihan ko siya. Kung darating ang point na kailangan ko paslangin si Jared to save the world, I won't be able to do it.

"Will you tell me how did you find out about Cole?"

"It was Cole who told me everything..." bulong ni Jared before kissing my lips.
