AN: As usual, I've lost the ability to write a short chapter. Anywho, thank you very much for reading, good luck to anyone doing exams, you're all awesome (the awesomest people know who they are ^^) so lots and lots of luck! I'm sure the Cumberlord is watching over you and if he isn't...I'll make sure he gets the memo. Anyway- enjoy! :0)

Monday. Morning.

Having just listened to 'Happy' by Pharrell Williams in the shower I was in quite a well, happy mood.

Well that and having Ben back, even though he'll be back on set tomorrow I think, I can't remember if he said of he was or not. Smiling to myself for a moment I got changed into a black t-shirt and navy shorts that looked like a skirt before popping upstairs, it was fairly comfortable getting around with the boot on, although I wish I didn't have to have it.

I knocked on the guestroom door twice and seconds later Wanda appeared in her pyjamas, a smile on her face as usual, just like the eyes she passed down to Ben her blue-green eyes shone brighter than anything in the mornings. She really is beautiful, inside and out.

"Hm. Morning Rosie"

"Morning Wandikins", god I could feel the judging already. I couldn't do anything to not look like I'd been dragged into the forbidden forest and spat out.

Worth it though.

"Your hair...been dragged through any hedges recently?" she asked and I willed myself not to blush like a tomato, I probably did though. Damn.

"No, me and Ben were playing with Merlin for a while is all, I mean you know what it's like roughhousing with Merlin given he's so strong now" I lied, as if I was going to say 'my hair's an absolute state because your son is an absolute god in bed!' I could see she was searching for dishonesty in my eyes but it's not something I'm entirely proud of (that's a lie, I'm very proud) but I can be pretty deceptive when I want to be.

I am a bit of a Laufeyson afterall.

"Okay, I can definitely believe you about the Merlin part, I've seen him knock Ben over when the two of them are playing" she smiled before I came in and sat next to her on the bed, I hardly come up here, only to use the bathroom next door sometimes. It's a fairly bright room, pretty nautical though with 'willow green' being the theme throughout. Dad always says 'It's feckin green! Stop all this feckin willow nonsense!' just to wind mum up about calling something green anything but green.

"Where's Tim?" I asked, realising he was nowhere to be seen.

"He went for a jog with Michael actually"

"Really?"

"I'm as shocked as you are sweety, we both know how much he values sleep!" she laughed as did I; I can see where Ben gets his love for counting sheep from.

"Any who, let's redo this shall we?" she asked, undoing the plait.

"That'd be great thank you" I smiled and she nodded, not long after though my hair looked less ruined and more normal. "Thank you Wanda" I smiled as I headed back to my room, I could sense she was going to say something I'd blush at so thought I'd make a quick exit.

"You're very welcome and I know you're a good fibber when you want to be but there's no denying why you're blushing, and how your hair got into such a mess, my son clearly isn't the wait till his wedding night type now is he? Any who I'm off to beautify myself so I'll see you downstairs darling" she uttered leaving my jaw well and truly dropped, she's so cheeky sometimes, I love the sass but damn that was unexpected.

With the remainders of my composure I sauntered back to my room, opening the door and seeing quite a cute site; Ben was cuddled up to Merlin and they both looked so peaceful as they slept. Well Merly was above the covers and Ben wasn't.
