Unsurprisingly this certainly isn't a chapter, I think we've established an understanding my updating is intermittent at best but I had a little moment after re-reading alongside you guys over the last day or so.
The words "bloody hell" sprung to mind; because I mean bloody hell we're 39 chapters in and sometimes I sit there wondering where the next chapter is coming from, how am I going to get from a-z when I haven't worked out 'b'.
All I really wanted to say was a jolly big thank you really, for reading and commenting and being a part of this all, sometimes I don't know how the hell the words come to me but they eventually do and more than anything this is for you, yes I enjoy writing it but it's made that bit more worthwhile knowing you're here, immersed in the story as much as I am.
I just had to say, this is a little warbly but let's not get all emotional about it, anyway I desperately need coffee and to draft the next chapter but nonetheless thank you for being a part of this, this is honestly afterall for you.
