PLEASE GO TO CHAPTER ONE IF YOU DONT LIKE RANTS

in the winter of 2016, i started losing weight and started working out, it worked out really good and i lost a lot of weight, my parents and family members even noticed, then 2017 rolled around and i realized that i did actually lose weight, so i maintained myself, but i still am overweight. i took 2017 for granted and ate whatever shit i had in my pantry up until after summer break, at first, i was still trying to lose weight because i was going to mexico and i wanted to lose more weight. but i didn't lose as much because it's harder to lose weight when you've already lost so much. i was only 12 at the time when i started to lose weight in 2016, in cancun i was 12 also, so i didn't know what food to eat or how to diet so i kinda just worked out to maintain everything because i ate so much food.

after my vacation trip to cancun (june 22 i'm pretty sure) i gained A L O T of weight. it all went downhill from there and started to fluctuate. in august, i turned 13, and i learned more about dieting, working out, and maintaining my weight. i really did take 2017 for granted and really it just took a toll on me and i wasn't watching what i was eating.

i'm using this journal really just for myself, but for any of you who want inspiration and input on my journey.
i'm thinking that this is the perfect time because all the holidays are done, i got back from california AWAY FROM EATING ALL THAY JUNK, good thing i didn't gain, and it's saturday, and today the only unhealthy thing i ate was an empanada! so since tomorrow is sunday, i can finally start my journey!

a good tip is to buy an already prepped meal, i personally but those lean cuisines, or healthy choice, or even calorie counting pre-made meals, it really helps a lot. my cousin ate those and she lost 40 pounds in 6 months! so i recommend those if you wanna start too!

i am at my highest weight that i never wanna be at again, and my current!! mind you, i am 5 foot exactly so my weight makes me really fat.
(cw- current weight | hw- highest weight | gw- goal weight | fw- fluctuating weight)

so my:
hw- 136.8
cw- 136.8
fw- 136- 137
gw- 115- 120 (i want to fluctuate between those weights)

so my journey, starts here!
