wow i cant believe it's wednesday! the weeks half way done! i had another smoothie for breakfast, and i didn't have time to cut and apple or make a lunch, so i quickly grabbed an apple and went out the door. so i'm only having an apple for lunch.
i came home and RAVED the house. i ate these meat slices, and oatmeal, AND cheese. that doesn't sound like a lot but boy am i full.
i don't think i'll be having a big dinner tonight oof.
i ate a little bit of hot cheetos, i don't mind that i eat a LITTLE bit of junk on wednesday's, so that i'm not losing weight TOO fast and i'll end up gaining it all back.
for dinner i ate the same thing as yesterday! good night!
