and just like that, i'm back at 133. i knew i could do it! i just doubted myself bc that doesn't happen often. this week i aim to lose 2 pounds since i didn't lose any last week. it's sunday morning and i haven't eaten anything yet. so i'm gonna have my oatmeal!
for lunch i had beef jerky and as a snack i had string cheese, just one tho.
i didn't rly do anything all day, but i had some edits to do so that kept me occupied!
by the time i finished my edit i had to go to church, so i finished that up got ready and went t church.
after church i had the marinara parmesan healthy choice.
