so for breakfast i had oatmeal
for lunch i packed pineapple and wateri have a feeling i really really didn't lose any weight this week but this feeling is different from last week.
i look thicc again.so i'm going to a birthday party tomorrow and my mom told me to workout a lot and burn a lot so i don't feel guilty. i told my mom i was exhausted because i only got four hours of sleep this week. she said that it's okay if i take a nap but i have to workout in the morning. i'm gonna ain't i burn 200-500 calories tomorrow.
when i got home i raved the kitchen again but i didn't eat a lot a lot i just had a tiny bit of four things. then i took a nap and ended up sleeping for another four hours:/
now it's 2am and i'm getting tired again. so i'm gonna try and fall asleep. i didn't eat dinner because i woke up at 8. and so i took allegra,drank water with the weight loss powder, and now i'm in my room laying down not rly tired but enough for me to fall asleep. see you tomorrow
