good morning everyone! i think i enjoyed my sleep a little too much and woke up at 5:35. i went to bed at 9 so i can have a full eight hours of sleep! i made short little edit which only took 30 minutes! this morning i ate oatmeal! i packed blueberries for lunch and the weight loss water!!! and then after school i prepared blueberries so now i have a good sweet snack!
i know i failed many times before about being strict with myself, but i'm making myself change it today. i have to have the right mindset.
i guess the only "bad" thing i ate today was subway? i mean it's a lot of calories and carbs but i guess it's still a healthier alternative.
but i wasn't hungry at all for dinner so i slipped on that. but MY FAVORITE BOY BAND DROPPED THEIR NEW SINGLE SO I GO HECKA EXCITED JDBSJSJKF ITS SO GOOD UGH!!!!!
