hey guys! so i didn't update AT ALL today, but i did fast for 15 hours!
it's 10:40pm and i went to my friends bday party today and ate so bad. i mean i don't feel bad abt it because i did fast, and it was the only thing i ate today.
so basically i ate a capriotties sandwich, and some dessert.i wanted to say something and update y'all on what i've been thinking for this weight loss.
intermittent fasting: so for fasting, since it's hard for me to start eating at 2pm because i'm so used to eating at 10am, i stop eating at 8pm, so the next day i start eating at 12pm. it's easier that way. and i watched a bunch of people whose done this before, and they said they lost between 5-10 pounds in one week! so i'm rly rly hoping that this is gonna work and i lose at least 5 pounds.
changing my goals: so idk if you guys know this but there's two types of goals. big term goals, and laser goals. big term goals are goals that are what you actually want, and are really to the point. laser goals are goals that are super super straight to the point, and help you lead you to the big goals. so they both go hand in hand. i organized my big term goals, and my laser goals.
big term:
- get to 115-120 pounds
-go down four sizes in jeans
-be confident
-look good in a bikini
-get fit and lose fat
laser goals:
-workout everyday for at least 1-2 hours
(right now i'm only working out for 30 minutes)
-have a meal plan everyday
-stop buying junk and only buy good healthy food
-give myself five weeks to lose five pounds
-lose pounds in five pound increments
-get to 125 first
-then move onto 120so basically my plan is to give myself 5 weeks to lose 5 pounds. 1 pound a week! i wanna work in 5 pound increments so it'll seem like everything's going faster, i have 2 months to lose 10-15 pounds and i'm more dedicated than ever. i finally have good fruits to eat, and a good workout plan!
tomorrow i plan on doing lots of cardio for 45 minutes, even if my hit is only 15 minutes, i'm still gonna walk for another 30 minutes. then i'm gonna do a big set of abs, then do some arm workouts to lose armpit fat. and basically that's it for my workout. i'm also gonna workout at 10am tomorrow because after the 12th hour of fasting your body goes into fat burning mode and that's the best time to workout so it's faster to lose fat.also today, i wore my strapless bra and it FINALLY fits! im literally so happy because it never fit, i tried wearing it on christmas but it was too tight and squeezing my body that it hurt but now it didnt hurt! i'm seeing results!!!
