weight loss day 24❗️

hey guys! i need to get back on track with logging in, im slacking off right now, and i feel like if i slack i won't get to my goal in time. editing rly makes me slack off, so i'm thinking i should edit when i walk on the treadmill bc it takes two hours to edit!
i'm being strict today so, here's me plan :

breakfast : oatmeal and hard boiled egg
lunch : apple
snack : none, i'm gonna drink water with the flavor powder so i'm not craving anything
dinner : lemon pepper fish healthy choice.

so now later, i can rant and have a longer chapter because i already said my meals!
my body got so used to eating a small lunch i get so fu after eating 3 slices of my apple:)

plot twist, i got so hungry after school i ate 3 bars of chewy dips:( . i'm gonna forced myself to dance and go all out now and do it for 2 hours to burn it off which will leave me for only eating 100 calories. idk what happened i guess i was craving chocolate.

so i think this is the point in weight loss where i have a big downfall.

i'm gonna change that.

i don't feel like working out and i'm so moody. so now, i'm gonna go to bed at 8. then i'm gonna wake up at five and skip going to my phone and go to my laptop to play music. then get ready, after in ready i can grab my phone and go downstairs. i'm gonna eat oatmeal, then for lunch i'll have an apple, then after school i'm going to have fruit. then dinner is ofc healthy choice. i'm going to stick to that plan to see how well it'll work. also i'll probably add in some working out too.

i'm probably gonna workout it depends on how tired i am, it's just in really moody and stuff, but now im gonna try to watch some dance tutorials and see how i feel.

i'm gonna eat dinner soon, so i'll see ya tomorrow!
