good morning, i found out i have another birthday party i have to go to on friday, and we're eating pizza againnnnn. but i'm gonna eat only a few slices unlike i did on sunday. but it's okay because i'm doing hiit cardio everyday, and i'm not supposed to be doing everyday, but i wanna lose 3 pounds this week but friday might change that. so tomorrow morning i'll weigh in because it's thursday, even tho it won't be a whole week.
this morning i ate oatmeal with unsweetened almond milk, protein powdered, and a banana! a small one tho 😂. i added a banana so i can raise my calories. i also asked my dad last night to make me liquid egg whites for lunch but he didn't want to wake up and i was running late, so i just brought rice crackers. i plan on not having any snacks after school because i want to eat only 3 meals a day.
and protein keeps you full longer.
according to my weight loss tracker, i'll got my weight goal on march 25! perfect! 11 days woooo.
i'm being really strict on myself these two weeks because i slacked on the last two weeks. and omg, i was checking all of my books and were about to hit 600 reads! i didn't expect anyone to read this but hopefully you guys are getting inspired to lose weight with me!last week i bought bikinis and i bought high waisted
bikini bottoms and triangle top tops. i tried them on when i got home and my mom was surprised at how much weight i lost. it's because the clothes i wear, i always wear over sized things because it just makes me look skinnier, and i wear hoodies a lot so she doesn't normally see how my body is actually life often. she was so surprised and i told her i needed to lose at least 10-15 pounds more. and she said "10 more pounds to go and i know you can do it you're gonna look so good bc you have an hourglass body" and that really really inspired me to strive harder. i also talk to my role model a lot and she's literally the bikini goddess but she doesn't model. her name is makena gallagher, she inspires me so much.when i got home my dad bought me starbucks (its was small) and it was only 140 calories and i also ate pound bread but only a little bit. i'm telling you wednesday's are my cheat days ugh. but to make up for it i did hiit cardio for exactly 15 minutes. yesterday i did 15 minutes but i did hiit for 13 and walked it off for 2. my feet started cramping today but i think it's because i ties my shoes too tight.
i'm about to cook my healthy choice right now and eat it, i'm trying to eat before 7. but other than that that was my day, byeeeeee!
