weight loss day 28❕

4 weeks in! it's still the night before day 28, but i'm rly bored, so i decided why not start it early haha. i cant believe i'm already 4 weeks in, it honestly went super fast. i'm pretty sure i didn't lose any crap, which makes me super sad:(

good morning! i woke up at around 11:40, and since it was a saturday i laid in my bed for 30 minutes and forgot it was weigh in day. i went to the bathroom to go pee, because you always have to weigh yourself before you eat, and after you pee. after i went to pee i looked at my body and my stomach was the flattest it could ever be. but i did have a belly pooch at the bottom but that's okay bc i'm gonna workout at 4.

i weighed in and oh my god. i lost 2 pounds. i cant believe i actually lost two pounds in one week! that means i'll get to my weight goal in time if i go back to losing one pound a week, or if i want, i could lose 2 pounds a week!

i tried losing 2 pounds this week, so i searched up if it's possible, and it is, and then i searched up how to. it said to eat around 500-550 calories everyday for the whole week. so i did. and on friday i weighed myself but i was still at 133. so that's when i knew i wasn't gonna lose anything. but then jesus took the wheel and helped me get to that point.

so at this point i'm gonna eat 500-800 calories every day and lose 1-2 pounds a week.

for lunch at around 2, i ate half a cup of grapes. i was still pretty full.

a week full of disappointment wasn't worth it, at least i tried and it worked out because i lost 2 pounds. maybe this week if i eat something bad i'll just learn to let it go.

so at exactly 6 pm i went on the treadmill. i did exactly 30 minutes of walking because i was making an instagram edit. and the edit was thirty minutes and it actually looks decent.

for dinner had the healthy choice meal same as yesterday.
