tuesday, february 27!
good morning! i woke up at 6, i kept waking up in the middle of the night, i woke up at 10, then 12, then 3, then 3:30, then 4:26, then 5, then i finally woke up at 6. but that's okay because i fell asleep with my hair wet, and the only way to make it look decent in the morning is to make sure it moves around a lot in my sleep. so every time i woke up, i'd flip my hair from side to side and it works!! i woke up with curled hair but it was a little frizzy, so i straightened it. i had so much time to get ready, so i did my makeup, cooked my breakfast, straightened my hair. and got to school s u p e r early. woo!i ate my daily oatmeal this morning and packed 10 ounces of pineapple for lunch. portion control!
after school, i went to albertsons to buy more healthy choice, and popped chips. if you don't know what popped chips are, they're basically calorie counting chips and they help you with portion control. i used to eat them all the time and it'd help me lose weight, but i haven't eaten them in a while so that's probably why i binge eat.
so i ate some popped chips, and i had 2 servings of it bc for lunch i only ate pineapple and i said i'd increase my food intake. i thought that two servings was enough, and by the time i had the thought to workout, it was five pm. and thought it was too late to workout, and then i told myself the reason why i wanna lose weight so badly, so i got my butt up and ran on the treadmill, and did some ab workouts.
i burned about 200 calories in 20 minutes, every 10 minutes i burn 100 calories because i jog for 1-2 minutes, then walk for 1-2 minutes. i pushes myself today, i wasn't rly feeling it today but i still made it through and burned more than 100!
for dinner i ate healthy choice parmesan, and when i went to go shower, i wasn't bloated at all. my stomach looked like what it would look like in the morning. basically what i'm saying is, my stomach is super flat in the morning and throughout the day i get bloated. so by the night time it looks like i gained 10 pounds, but it didn't look like that tonight! i'm so happy abt that bc it's telling me i'm getting somewhere, i also didn't eat any junk today either!!!!
it's 9:25pm rn so ima head to sleep, good night!
