weight loss day 14!

wow it's been 2 weeks since i started AND THIS MORNING I SAW T H E BIGGEST DIFFERENCE!! literally all i have is a small belly pooch, but when i start eating it's gonna change. but i'm gonna weigh myself rn bc it's best if you weigh yourself after you pee and before you eat! so i'll brb!

AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!! i made it at 133 pounds! i'm getting to my goal slowly but surely! it's literally 12:25 and i woke up 10 minutes ago. so i'm just gonna eat a lunch rn.
after lunch ish maybe more of a brunch, i weighed myself and i fluctuated to 134, but when i suck in y stomach i see a big difference from when i first started, and sucked in my stomach. so i've only eaten twice today and it's 5, so i'm gonna get another snack.

for "lunch" i had an apple....... i wasn't hungry so i ate the tiniest apple ever, but at least i'm gonna lose more weight, i haven't reached 800 cals yet, but i'm gonna have another snack right now.

so i ended up not having a snack, but i did end up cleaning my closet, finding oversized clothes, and tried them on and made me look cute! i also might've had a mini photoshoot?? hey i'm making my ring be put to use okay.

for dinner i ate a healthy choice meal the lemon pepper fish one. now that it's literally almost 1am i'm gonna watch youtube ofc and head to bed like always.

i gotta say, this journal is really what's helping me. it's making sure that i stay in check because i know if i eat something bad i'm going to log it in, but when i log it in i get so guilty i don't wanna do it. so i end up not eating anything bad. i know that i just wont go down down down down down, my weight will go up and go down, but this journal is such a big help i rly recommend doing it too! good night!
