weight loss day 8!

it's officially been one whole week since i've started this journey! so far i've only loss two pounds without my period, with my period only 1 pound. my original weight goal was 120 pounds, but i lowered it to 115 pounds because i knew that when i go on vacation i'm gonna gain weight and usually i gain 5-7 pounds. it'll be around my original goal anyways and it won't be a drastic change like it usually is. when your skinnier and you tend to gain weight, it tends to not look like you gained unless you rly payed attention. so my goal is to lose 20 pounds before i go on vacation to jamaica!!! that's in 5 months! i'm going to push myself and make it 4 months! my plan is to lose one pound per week, because starting today, it will be 20 weeks till may! and i'm thinking i can do it because i lost 1-2 pounds this week!!! making this journal is SO helpful and inspiring because i just look back and see what i've eaten and if i ate anything bad, it'll inspire me to eat bad anymore because of how i felt! anyways, i have 4 months, which is 20 weeks, and i'm pushing myself to lose one pound per week. obviously i can just keep going down down down down down all the way to my weight goal, there's gonna be ups and downs but i know and i will, do it.

so starting today, since i'm 134-135 pounds fluctuating, i'm gonna lose 20 pounds per week!

i'm also using a calorie counting app called "Lose It" ! you use it to log in your food to see your calories, and once you press "I'm done logging" at the bottom, a notification pops up and tells you your determined date to when you're gonna get to your goal! right now, my determined date is to lose it by March 3rd to March 14th! it's a big jump but that's because some days i eat out with my parents but don't worry, i watch what i eat.
and it's also because i haven't updated my weight, i'm waiting till i get off my period and see how much i actually weigh. my weight on the app is still 136, but in real life, it's fluctuation between 134-135. i'll probably put it at 135 anyways.

so game plan; starting today i have 20 weeks (4 months) to get to my goal.
i use a calorie counter app to help.
i eat my healthy choice meals for help.
i push myself and strive to lose weight!
LETS GO!

update; i updated my weight on the tracker, and my determined date changed to March 8th! these results are coming fast!
