hello! new day today and a good day to start losing 6 pounds. yes i gained a pound or two so this week i need to lose 3 pounds and next week i need to lose 3 pounds to get to 125! and then afterwards i'll lose 5 pounds and build abs and tone up the rest of my body. my main focus is abs right now.i woke up at 5:47am because i'm so tired from the daylight savings we had yesterday. it really screwed up my sleep schedule. so tonight i'm gonna try to be in bed by 8 and sleep at 9. so my body already feels rested. i forgot lunch and i was totally fine bc i drank my weight loss water this morning and wasn't hungry at all. by 6th period that's when my stomach started to get all grumbly, but when i got home i wasn't even hungry so i ate a fit crunch bar to make it my lunch and popped chips to make it my snack.
i just got ready for my workout today and i watched a bunch of videos of people who lost weight from hit cardio! and i'm really excited because i bought new running shoes! now i can have more support in running and do hiit cardio! i can lose a lot of weight from hiit cardio too. so that's why i said ill try to lose 3 pounds this week because it's apparently supposed to shed pounds like crazy?!
and i'm only supposed to do it for 15 to 20 minutes and no more than that bc you don't wanna lose too too fast. anyways, it's 3:55 so i'm gonna workout! cya!okay so i'm back from my workout and i only worked out for 30 minutes. i did do my hiit cardio but my feet were still cramping i'm probably just gonna have to get used to it by now bc those are the best running shoes. i didn't only ten minutes of hiit cardio bc i'm not used to it but i'm still gonna continue it because after i gave up i wanted to do it again, so i did ten minutes of it and burned 100 calories 🤨. but anyways i'm not too mad about it i thought i'd burn more. anyways i'm gonna go and clean my room now bc i'm rly bored. i'm also gonna cook my healthy choice and eat it after i'm don't cleaning my room.
so i finished cleaning my room, and i ate dinner at 7, i ate the healthy choice. i'm now rabbiting my friends and they're making me watch these weird youtube videos and i'm so confused. i rly got some weird friends i swear. but ima go to sleep now gn!
