GOOD MORNING! TODAY IM EXCITED BECAUSE ITS A NEW DAY AND IM LOOKING FOWARD TO EATING HEALTHY AND CLEANSING MYSELF OUT!! I EVEN PLANNED OUT A SCHEDULE OF EATING TODAY!!!! IVE DECIDED OFFICIALLY THAT IM BEING STRICT, AND ANY CANDY I SEE OR JUNK I SEE I WILL N O T EAT IT!
okay i need to calm down. anyways, today i planned out what i'm going to eat and when to eat it! this morning i woke up at 9:30 since it isssss a saturday! i wake up kinda early on the weekends!
i ate oatmeal pancakes they're healthy it's just what i out in my oatmeal except i blended them up and make it into a batter and made it into pankcakes! i mean it's healthy so i don't mind. but my mom is buying more bananas and apples! so now i'm fully set for this cleanse! btw it's 12pm rn!

so change of plans, i'm not doing a fruit cleanse because i know i'm going to crave salt or something along those lines, so i'm just gonna limit my eating and eat healthy choice meals. they're supposed to help you lose weight anyways, so i might as well eat that. there's about ten minutes till one. so at around 3pm i'm gonna eat lunch.for dinner i had a healthy choice meal, the pasta one. and today i met 1000 calories... tomorrow i'm definitely limiting myself. i'm gonna at least try it's been super difficult lately, maybe because i'm not too dedicated but now since its night time, i am. i know and i will get to my goal. i weighed myself today even tho i'm still on period to see how much my weight would fluctuate. i wasn't gonna be surprised if i gained a lot because i tend to carry a lot of water weight anyways. and i drink a glass of warm lemon water to help reduce it a little. im also drinking lots of water today (80 ish kinda ounces a little over) to really flush out those toxins that are making me gain weight and water is supposed to be the number one help for weight loss! so i'm trying to drink a lot of it. so far i only have 1 and 1/2 bottles left to drink! i just got really motivated and even more dedicated to lose weight more than i ever had.
