good morning! i woke up at 5:30 and surprisingly, since i went to bed early, i'm not as tired as usual. i always eat oatmeal but i forgot to pack my fucking lunch now i'm mad bc i prepared it. ima just drink water all day ig and eat when i get home.
so i ate oatmeal when i got home and i was STARVING but it filled me up anyways. its now 3:22pm and i'm gonna workout at like 4 or 5 i rly wanna lose this fat and get a small waist so fast i'm gonna do it by cardio.
plot twist... i took a nap and woke up at 6 so i didn't have time to workout. tomorrow i'm gonna SUPER workout and do everything i can to make up for missing a workout.
for dinner i had these dorito nacho things and crab cakes. so i have to workout a lot so i don't feel guilty. i'm gonna take a shower now and braid my hair for waves tomorrow and go to bed. gn
