day two of weight loss!

today i had school, so i woke up at 5:25am. not gonna lie, it wasn't hard AT ALL!! i had the same thing for breakfast as i did yesterday. the good ol' oatmeal and vanilla protein powder! but i forgot to bring lunch😭!! so ofc in school everything is unhealthy, but luckily i had $6 left in my lunch account, and i bought doritos and a water! i bought the water because every time i eat something unhealthy, i try and flush it out as fast as i can. today at 4 i'm planning to workout and burn it off. i want to burn 200 calories just to make sure i completely burned it off. (cardio).

now that i'm home from school, i'm having a more decent lunch. i'm eating a healthy choice pre-made meal! i'm having the ravioli one, it's 280 calories. hopefully it'll keep me full until dinner. i like being at school because it distracts me from thinking about food, so i eat a lot in the morning, then during class i'm focusing and not thinking about something else.

i've finally finished my meal, and now i'm gonna see if i have homework, or if i need to clean my room, something to distract me and get me off my phone!

so it's now 4:50 ish and i just finished cleaning my room! i kinda messily did my bed since i'm gonna be getting a new one anyways, but i just think getting a bigger bed would make me feel like a new person because i have more space and i'd feel a lot smaller, but i'm gonna get ready to workout now!

so um it's 6...

i was on my bed watching youtube and i looked at the time and it was 5:50pm so i decided to get ready and start running. but i'm running on my treadmill bc it's raining out side. and i'm also preparing for my pacer tests and mile run for PE this semester. so i decided this is a good time.

since i did eat a protein bar, in gonna walk for ten minutes and then reset and see how fast and long it'll take me to run a mile and see how many calories i burned! check in later!

so it's been about 45 minutes, i could've went on longer, but it's kinda been a while since i've worked out so 45 minutes seemed pretty long to me. but now it's about 6:45pm and almost dinner time, so my mom made me a pre-made meal and i'm gonna rest a little bit let my body cool down and then eat!

my mom is also trying to lose weight, but she said she got lazy and just fell asleep instead of working out. i don't blame her, i was gonna sleep but i remembered i had to be strict with myself and worked out.

this kinda has nothing to do with my journey kinda but i find it interesting. i was reading this article i found on weight loss, and it said that even if you drink just two bottles of water, you can gain 1-2 pounds!! ISNT THAT CRAZY!!!! i wanted to try it out so i weighed myself before getting ready for school and i was like 136, i expected it because i ate sushi yesterday. so i wasn't surprised at all nor was i mad at myself either, there was nothing to eat anyways!

so after i drank my two bottles of water and worked out, i went to my scale and I GAINED 2 POUNDS! wow i cant believe that's actually true! i'm trying to stop relying on the scale but it's all i got for now until i see changes in my jeans size! i don't think i'll be seeing any changes until mid february or even by the end of this month if i really start being strict with myself. my mom also said she's going to buy more of the pre-made meals! that's really gonna help me especially because my cousin told me she saw big changes once she started using them to lose weight! i'm excited!

this meal isn't as good but ima eat it anyways bc i'm hungry, but anyways this is the end of my night! good night, see you tomorrow!
