hey guys! i woke up at 5:40am and i was so tired. i went to bed at 9:50pm but i kept waking up and going back to sleep.
anyways, it's day two of the military diet, and today's breakfast was one piece of toasted bread, and 1 egg. i cooked that this morning and i'm kinda full.
but for lunch i'm bringing a quest bar, i'm eating the same one as yesterday.
i was thinking that since those protein bars aren't apart of the military diet, i'm thinking i should burn it off with cardio so that my diets equal. when i woke up today my stomach seemed flatter than yesterday and this time it wasn't just the top of my stomach is was my whole stomach, man i cant wait to see my differences ahhh.so for the military diet lunch, i ate a hard boiled egg and saltine crackers oh and a banana too.
then for dinner i was supposed to have 1 cup of broccoli, one cup of carrots, and one hot dog. but uh i couldn't finish the broccoli or the carrots because it was just too much for me. so then i had dessert which was one cup of vanilla yougurt ice cream and ngl i snuck in some cantaloupe ughhh.
but yes i did workout today. i did 10 minutes of hiit cardio. 30 reps of ab roller, 30 side crunches, and 50 russian twists. in total i burned 200 calories. i think i'm gonna lose like 5 pounds maybe BUT THATS A OKAY! because i can just go on a regular diet for the rest of the weight loss and i'll be good! except if i get another weight loss plateau... i'm gonna have to do this diet again, and today i was feeling really hungry oooof.
but it's 9:30pm so i'm gonna read a little, then go to bed.
