weight loss day 23!

i woke up at 5:25am today and had a full burst of energy! what a great way to start my week! this week i plan on losing two pounds, and bringing my grades up to a high B! so i'm not rly gonna be on my phone except for editing i need to do. for breakfast i had oatmeal, now that i'm at school i'm gonna turn my phone off and i'll see ya after school.

so after school i had a fiber one bar. my tracker said i needed more fiber so i did. and now that i've been editing all day after school, it's 6pm. tonight i'm going to have salmon.

plot twist, we went to a filipino place and ate. don't worry i held myself back. and after that i drank lots of lemon cucumber water.

sorry short chapter again, but it's the next day and i need to start my weight loss day 24. i'm being strict today!
