weight loss day 11!

i woke up at 5:26am i literally was so tired bc i went to bed at 11 and couldn't keep my eyes open. but i got up, and now i've learned my lesson to taking melatonin if i'm not tired.

for breakfast i had my oatmeal.

for lunch i had pineapple, string cheese, and 5cal jello.

for a "snack" i had pizza😓

i had to go get my passport photos taken right after school so i couldn't eat, then we went to costco right after and i got boba and pizza. it seems as every wednesday, i eat something super unhealthy. but you know what. i'm gonna forget about it, move on, and cleanse myself with water.

tomorrow i have a mile run, so i'm thinking that if i put enough work into it and push myself, i can lose all those calories i ate:) see ya tomorrow
