so today is the first day of my 8 week challenge! if you didn't read the previous chapter, i'm challenging myself to lose 20 pounds in 8 weeks, bc that's what my calorie counter always tells me that i'd get to my weight goal on march 13-15! but today, it said march 8! i'm still going for march 13 unless i rly wanna shorten my time of my weight loss, but i'm trying to lose my weight in 8 weeks! i'm actually hecka determined to lose it in 8 weeks so i'm gonna push myself to do it. today i actually ate pretty decently, but it's the weekend again so i gotta keep myself together and eat healthy!
breakfast ; oatmeal
lunch ; pineapple jello string cheese
snack ; popped crisps cheese
dinner ; healthy choice pineapple chicken meali didn't have a lot of the pineapple chicken meal i only ate like a third of it, i wasn't hungry for dinner at all, so my total calorie count for today is 849 calories.
i read an article that if you subtract 500 calories from your regular calorie intake, you can lose up at 1 pound a week, if you eat it the amount every day! so my estimated amount of calorie intake is 1,373 calories, and when i subtract 500 is 873 calories! so i'm just under my subtracted intake!
another update on my body, my stomach is starting to become thin and lean! i can finally see my ab lines! i'm so happy about that! anyways it's almost one so i'm gonna watch youtuber and head to bed! weigh in tomorrow, i highly doubt i lose anything, but i'll still do it anyways! good night!
