hey guys! so i didn't log in today mostly because i went hiking for the past four hours. i burned 800 calories tho!
so when i came home i ate cookie dough ice cream ugh. so tomorrow i'm gonna drink 5 bottles of water, and then go back to my meal plan. and i'm only gonna eat healthy choice, and liquid egg whites. and fruit.
i had an allergic reaction to this eyeliner i had so i'm trying to get rid of it so maybe drinking lots of water will help.i also ate chicken today boy oh boy i just ate so bad i gotta bounce back.
anyways it's 12am rn and i gotta sleep so good night!
