good morning! i woke up at 5:30, and i ate oatmeal. i plan on working out at 4pm and then taking a shower at 5:30pm. then eat dinner at 7pm, head to bed at 8pm, go to sleep at 9. i get home at 2:30, so at 3 that's when i start to do my homework. i do have to finish my study guides so it depends on how long i'm gonna do my study guides and then workout.
so i worked out at five, but my legs were so tired from p.e today that i stopped at ten minutes😞. tomorrow i'm gonna do 30 minutes and burn 350 calories.
i was getting super dizzy and stuff and i started blacking out every time i would get up, so o ate soup, and asparagus for dinner. and then i took a shower. i also don't have spanish tomorrow so i can go to bed at 10, but i chose to sleep at 9! i'm really tryna fix my sleeping schedule.
