i gained one pound. i'm not surprised by i can lose it by monday. today i planned out everything i'm going to eat on my calorie counting tracker.
for breakfast i'm having oatmeal
for lunch i'm having an apple
for a snack i'm having string cheese
for dinner i'm having the parmesan marinara healthy choice meal.
then all day i'm gonna drink water so i'm kept full, and drink three packets of the water flavoring powder.i'm know i'm being a little boring but this is what happens when i'm strict. i'm just really straight forward. this is also an experiment bc i wanna see if i can lose it in one day. it's only one pound anyways. and it's not a lot of food either. i know i'm most likely not going to, but it's worth a try. see ya later.
my plan worked so well today!! and i've already lossed a tiny bit of my weight so i'm exactly at 134.0! i'm hoping by tomorrow since i did drink so much water today, that i'm gonna be back at 133.8 even tho results don't come over night. i'm gonna be extra strict this week so i can lose 2 pounds.

that's what it looks like, and it says if i keep doing this every week, i'll get to my goal in almost exactly one month, even tho my challenge is eight weeks. i'm pushing myself anyways and eating healthy so i can lose it by next month if not march.
i just ate my dinner and now i'm gonna take a shower bc i worked out. but i feel like losing 5 pounds per week is too much even though i'm not gonna lose five pounds per week, bc that'll be too much but time will go by faster anyways.
i've decided to take a break from social media, bc i'm on it too much and i'm just gonna focus on school and my body so i decided to come back when i reach my goal, hopefully it'll go by fast because that'll mean school will be over by then bc i'm thinking to hot my goal by the last day of school! good night!
