weight loss day 6!

ITS FRIDAY!!!!

today for breakfast i had my oatmeal and protein powder. i packed the same today like yesterday's but i put 2 ounces of blueberries because it's not a lot of calories. every time i always find a new lunch or come up with one i usually repeat it for a while until i get bored of it.

i broke again.

i ate candy and more bread rolls. i cant help it i'm craving it so much. pls help me...

i know using my period isn't a good excuse there shouldn't be any excuse. i said i was gonna be strict with myself so i am. tomorrow i'm only gonna eat fruit and drink juice. for dinner i'll have healthy choice so i get protein. as same for sunday, then monday i'll go back into my regular diet kinda not rly diet. but my healthy eating. fruits will just cleanse me out!

so for dinner i ate the fish healthy choice meal! i ate bad all day i'll finish it off healthy! yikes like i did yesterday 🤦🏽‍♀️. but now i have a bed to take down and another bed to build, so i'm saying good night here!
