hey guys! i was rly productive today and had a lot to do today, so i forgot to journal. i'm doing it rn before i go in the shower! for breakfast i ate my oatmeal pancakes with pbfit powder!
for lunch i had a healthy choice meal! it was the ravioli and chicken marinara one, the sauce was a little sour, but it was super good. then i was craving some sugar so i had some of the caramel sugar babies. but i promise you that, that was the last time i'm having sugar! my mom introduced me into these idealshape powders that help lose weight, helps with crave control, and flavors water!! it really helps a lot. i drank it all and for those 3-4 hours i didn't have any cravings AT ALL. i'm happy it helps! so now i don't have any sugar cravings! and when i'm craving sugar i can just grab one of those packets pour into a water bottle, and stop my cravings!for my snacks today i ate pineapples and those calorie counting popped chips that were chocolate flavored! but don't worry, they help with losing weight too!
finally for dinner, i had panset! it's like these noodles but don't worry i didn't have a lot of it!
and now, i've been on my period for six days!!!! i expected it, but it doesn't affect my weight like i've said in the last few chapters. to be safe, im just gonna say i weigh 135 pounds, and once i'm off my period and it's a saturday, i'm gonna weigh myself and see how much i've lost this week! i'm hoping one pound! i weigh myself on a saturday because it's at the end of the week. but then on sunday night, i weigh myself to see how much i started on. today is monday but there wasn't any school today, so it was a good day to be productive.
