day 32!

today i woke up and the very top of my stomach is flat!
i ate oatmeal for breakfast like always

for lunch i packed water with the powder and 3 ounces of blueberries. i've already planned out what i wanna eat today, and since my plan worked so well yesterday i'm gonna do it again today so i packed two water bottles with the weight loss powder!

for breakfast- oats
for lunch- blueberries
snack- grapes
dinner- healthy choice lemon fish

so after school my parents wanted to try out this thai restaurant, so we did and i ate this duck thing, and beef jerky, and some orange chicken. it was salty so it made me bloat a lot. to make up for it i didn't eat dinner, it's okay bc i wasn't hungry anyways.

when we got home i took a shower, and did homework. then i drank two cups of water with lemon so i get less bloated and i take everything i ate and get it out of my system so my body could bounce right back. and that was my day!
