my abs/love handle, and butt workout

since i'm starting to workout to speed up my weight loss process, i'm gonna include my workouts so i don't forget them!
i'm mainly focusing on my love handles because i wanna shrink them quickly so i can move down sizes in my pants!

love handle:
40 wood choppers, 20 each side
50 russian twists
30 side plank dips, 15 each side
30 bicycle crunches

core:
15 crunches
15 leg drops
3 sets each

booty:
kettle bell swings
donkey kicks
fire hydrants
20 each
3 sets
