so it's weigh in day and i gained 2 pounds:( but i'm gonna lose it this week and continue to lose weight. it's because i ate junk all week so ofc i'm gonna gain. but this week i'm bouncing back and getting back on track. i'm eating oatmeal rn bc i just want something creamy to soothe my throat.

so i ate a protein bar and a healthy choice fudge bar, i'm also on my period woo life! but this tells me i'm probably getting my normal period again getting one every month. and as i said, i'm raising my calories and eating about 600-700 a day. especially because i'm on my period i'm gonna consume more and my body waters gonna affect my weight and cause me to get bloated more often, so i'm gonna refrain from weighing myself this week. so i'm gonna drink more water and eat less food ya know. i'm also still on my challenge and it seems that my body is already bouncing back i just crave more of the creamy stuff so i'm thinking water and protein shakes will help me. im also gonna workout and run later because when you workout while on your period your blood comes out faster, and it makes your period time go by quicker. sorry this is a lot of info but i'm being honest with y'all.

so for lunch i had a protein bar and it was a lot of calories, it was like 190 calories and as a snack i had a healthy choice fudge bar. it's 10pm rn and i rly want another protein bar but it's a lot of calories but i'm also tired, so i might just fall asleep from here. i
