i'm gonna explain my challenge right here and tell you all the steps.

the challenge is basically giving me a short time frame to see how much i can lose and make me push myself to lose 15 pounds in 30 days. here's the steps.

step 1: write down your big picture goal. for instance my big picture goals are;
lose 15 pounds
get lean and lean muscles
lose a ton of body fat

step 2: what's your start and end date. my start date is february 16 - march 18.
figure out when you wanna start the challenge and count 30 days, the last day you count is your end date.

step 3: do NOT worry.
everything will take time on it's own. it's gonna take me and you those 30 days we chose to lose our weight and see our differences.
the universe said "well give you these 30 days and by the last day you'll see your difference"

step 4: change your image.

step 5: teach yourself one new thing everyday.
new workouts, new recipes, new diets etc

step 6 ,the last step: do it like your life depends on it.

be strict! push yourself! when you push yourself you'll see an even bigger difference. always remind yourself that your life depends on you losing weight right now.

when you think about eating junk. ask yourself, should i really eat this? my life depends on me losing weight so i shouldn't.

so i ate oat meal for breakfast and skipped lunch and then for dinner i ate soup because i have a sore throat. but i'm gonna stick to my diet because it just feels dry so i'm gonna drink water like lots of water but that was my day
