week 3 is at its start! so i wanted to see if my weight fluctuated over night, so i weighed myself but nope! it's stayed 133! so now i'm going to change my weight on the 'Lose It' app! i rarely ate anything today bc i ran out of oatmeal, so for breakfast i had a berry smoothie! i didn't eat any lunch unless you wanna count my snack as a lunch, i ate a fiber one bar, and some crackers i forgot what theyre called but they're not saltine. i kept checking on my body to see if my body image would change throughout the day. and i was kinda bloated after the crackers but in a matter of 20 minutes it went back to normal, i'm glad i'm seeing changes. at like 1:30pm i saw a dance to BTS' song called mic drop and i saw that they did a tutorial to it, and it was a really intense dance, and it took me about 3 hours to learn it and i still don't have it down. but then i used it as a workout. if you wanna know what dance it is, it's by Matt Stefanina Mic drop. it was super intense and i don't have good stamina and i was kinda slow learning it but at least i got through the whole dance and i'm slowly getting better at it. that's the most i could do rn. i then searched up how many calories a hip hop dance burns, and it said you burn up to 400 calories every hour!! i literally burned what i ate today bc i danced for 3 hours! but i put two hours in the tracker bc i took some breaks during the dance. so i basically burned about 820 calories!! i only ate like 700 today. but i'm going to olive garden after church bc i ate all my healthy choice meals already. i think by the end of this week i'm going to have the dance completely down and maybe learn new dances since i almost have this one down.
i'm heading to church right now it's about 6:20pm, so after that i'm gonna eat a small meal at olive garden. don't worry i'm drinking the weight loss water flavor powder that controls hunger and cravings! see ya after church!
so i didn't have a lot for dinner, i ate a salad and like a quarter of a 6 ounce minon. i'm a little bloated rn and i'm sad bc i know my stomach won't look the same bc my body isn't like that.
