AHHH SORRY GUYS I HAVENT UPDATED IN 2-3 DAYS !!!! IM MAINLY FOCUSING ON SCHOOL AND GETTING MY MATH GRADE UP BC ITS A D RN!!! anyways it's saturday ! march 10,2018!
i weighed in this morning, and as of today i officially lost 6.9 pounds (69 hehe) so now i weigh 129.9 pounds! i just have to lose four pounds to get to 125! and then after that i have to lose 10 to get to 115! i'm focusing on losing 5 pounds every month since that's how my body wants to work, if not probably lose more. i just wasn't taking it too serious since i did eat out a lot in january and a little in february. and i have to lose 4 pounds in two weeks. i think i can do that. my mom said i can do intermittent fasting on the weekends so that'll help too! two pounds a week, i think i can do it if i stay dedicated and have a lot of portion control.so basically tomorrow i skip breakfast, then at 12-1pm i eat something, then wait till dinner or probably have a little snack but that's it. and i also have to workout.
but today i woke up at 11am bc i fell asleep facetiming my friend last night at 11:30 ish.
i also made my breakfast this morning, i had egg whites and an orange. and then for a snack i had cheese popped, and right now i'm about to cut an orange.

third (last goal weight): 115i do plan to workout later and do hiit cardio to speed up my weight loss, but i bought more of the parmesan marinara healthy choice, and i'm gonna. e eating that tonight but that's basically it.
