welcome to Weight Loss Week 5!
i woke up at 9 this morning way earlier than yesterday, but my whole body is so SOAR!!!
i had to get a new bed yesterday and it's so frikin hard so i woke up with a soar body:/today i plan on being strict
for breakfast ; oatmeal
lunch ; blueberries
snack ; grapes
dinner ; healthy choice
so i ate some chocolate:/ but don't worry an hour later after i ate that chocolate i walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes and made another edit! i burned all of the chocolate off, 130 calories off!
the Lose It app says that i'm gonna get to my goal on march 8!for dinner i'm having the healthy choice but that was pretty much my day.... goodnight!
