weight loss day 16!

so today i woke up at 5:30am because i pre-did my hair last night. i got up and went to pee, and checked on my body. i saw that it was a little bigger bc of the steak last night and that i was bloated, so for lunch i packed an apple, jello, and water with the powder flavor thing that has weight loss. for breakfast i drank a smoothie bc i don't have any oatmeal.

right now i'm at lunch and i just finished eating my jello, and my apple. now i'm just drinking my water. i'm avoiding talking to my "friends" today bc they fake🙄. they always leave me out anyways so i don't mind. oof i need to start drinking my water. see ya after school!

so i went to the grocery right after school, and i was so hungry so i bought chocolate🤦🏽‍♀️. but it's okay bc i'm gonna dance for two hours as a workout and i'll burn what i ate today! so see ya then!

so i don't normally share my life out esp when it's anon, but i'll just let in why i stress ate (why i bought chocolate)

today i realized i've been hanging out with toxic people and they were making me miserable, i ranted to my mom about it and she looked very disappointed. i started to cry and got so stressed that i just ate chocolate. but don't worry, when i got home i burned off all the chocolate eating i did today by dancing!

i learned a new dance today because i already have the bts one down, so i decided. why not learn a new dance! so this one was a little less extreme but more frustrating because he went so fast. at first when i couldn't get it i was like
"you know what, today's been so stressful i don't wanna do it"
but then i thought if i didn't do it i would be letting myself down and my goals. so i tried it one more time, after 1 hour and 15 minutes, i finished the routine, and know it by heart.

if i let myself down, i wouldn't have gotten to my goal any quicker. but i did today.

after that, i helped prepared dinner with my mom, and it was only 6pm so i went up and took a shower, i made a new routine today!

it's get up do school, get home eat a snack, then at 3pm or 3:30pm i get ready to learn and new dance for 2-3 hours, then i rest. after i take a shower, do a little bit of my homework, eat dinner. then i got a pre-do my hair. and then finish my homework. then in the morning i'll do a little bit of touch up in the morning to save time!

i'm trying it out this week to see if it would work out for me! after taking a shower today, i ate the ravioli healthy choice meal. i then went up to my room, and straightened my hair!
