today i'm getting my grind back on. i ate a little bit of soup this morning so i can feel better, and then for lunch i brought string cheese. at home i'll eat my blueberries.
for lunch i ate my cheese, and when i got home i ate hot cheetos. i have to restart my 30 day challenge.
guys i'm so sorry these chapters are short i just haven't been feeling myself. i'm gonna see how much i can lose/change in two weeks.
