hey guys! so it's like almost 7pm 😬, so i'm just gonna update you on what i ate today.
this morning you could guess what i ate?! OATMEAL HAHA. just the usual. and then for lunch i ate a pear and two 5cal jello cups! and this might be tmi to you but be mature. i started my period today, but i cried. i haven't had my period in eight months because i'm overweight. sometimes being overweight can interfere with having a period. and i cried today because it's showing that i am losing weight and i'm happy about having a period sign because i'm losing weight, and becoming to being a normal teenager again. i knew i was starting it again because since six period, i've been having so many, V E R Y long cramps. i haven't had those in a while so i'm super happy. anyways back to my food.
as a "snack" i had chicken tenders and a chicken leg😓. i'm sorry but there was literally NOTHING in my pantry since my parents threw/gave away everything unhealthy. which was basically everything in my house... so we had to buy something and now they're going grocery shopping. i was supposed to go get my new bed today, but they got lazy and went to sleep and then got up and told me that we need a truck to go to ikea. i lowkey don't get why they said we need a truck to go even tho we go to ikea all the time... ANYWAYS I KEEP GETTING OFF TRACK UGH!
my parents left about two hours ago to go grocery shopping, and went to buy me more pre-made meals by healthy choice (i think y'all got the hang of it so ima just call it healthy choice)
so for dinner i'm going to eat a healthy choice meal and start fresh tomorrow. sorry, i forgot to log in this morning, but i did get up at my regular time! literally all i did was grab my phone and started watching a fitness youtube video. ya know anything to keep me motivated. and the bright screen woke me up anyways. buttttt i was still tired so i had some coffee.
but the chicken i ate after school really kept me full. it's 7:44pm now and i'm still full. but i'm about to have dinner now. i'm having grilled chicken marinara with parmes (healthy choice meal) !
i'm ending the night off in a healthy way with drinking a propel.
MY PARENTS OFFICIALLY BOUGHT MORE REGULAR WATER SO I CAN FINALLY DRINK WATER AT SCHOOL!!!!!! sorry i'm just really excited.
GUYS!! I WEIGHED MYSELF TODAY IM SORRY I JUST COULDNT WAIT! but i did just wear some like sports shorts and a loose shirt because wearing jeans and a jacket actually affects the weight. i didn't know that until i tried it out.
i officially lost 2 POUNDS! almost 1kg but not yet.if i wore jeans i'd weigh 136 pounds‼️ NOT GOOD!!
