good morning! i woke up at 7, and i already planned out what i'm gonna do.
first i'm gonna eat breakfast, and then i'm gonna workout at 10 stop at 11:30 ish and then get ready at 12. do my hair at 2 then get dressed at 4!i'm gonna see how long it takes me to burn 100 calories, which isn't that long maybe like 10 minutes. but i'm gonna burn 100 in 10, then stop. and then take a small break then burn another 100 in 10 minutes. and then keep doing it to see how much i can burn!
i'm doing this so whatever i eat at the party won't affect my weight or make me feel guilty!
i burned about 200-210 calories during my workout and after that i ate a fiber one bar. it's 1:20pm ish rn and i'm waiting for my hair to dry so i can go and do it. and then all i have to do is makeup and get dressed but i only wear mascara and highlight so that rarely takes any time but i also wanna take a few selfies so that's why i'm getting ready so early. we also leave at 4:20 so that'll give us time to actually get ready and go.
so i ate crackers and a fiber one bar before i left so that when i'm eating i can just flush it all of when i get home. and i actually didn't eat that bad and i pretty much burned everything off.
so i first went to the strip on the high roller and walked around so i burned a lot more calories, and then i went to my bestfriends hotel and ate pizza and these small cracker cookie things and that was pretty much it. i didn't eat a lot and the pizza slices were pretty small too. i also drank water bc i'm not tryna have soda until i go to jamaica.
i forgot today was weigh in day. so i didn't lose anything at all and pretty much maintained 131 pounds. i mean it's mostly bc i did have A LOT of junk this week so i'm gonna try harder next week and bring up my calorie deficit a tiny bit so i'm not eating too little. see you tomorrow!
btw it's like 1am rn and i'm playing roblox HAHA. but i'll try to wake up as early as i can.
