Don't Underestimate Her

Lena Adams had in fact killed Cheryl Knight. It only took one line really to set her off and that was when she threatened not only to kill Stef but Callie as well. That had really done it and the not so tame woman had jabbed Cheryl right in neck with a sharp pen she had filed down that morning resembling a knife. No one even saw it coming maybe not even Cheryl as Lena pushed her against the wall knowing the exact spot to hit her neck for she had always aced Anatomy and Biology in school. Never did she realize she would use it in this way or that it would pay off. But it had as she looked Cheryl right in the eyes the darker skin woman struggling to break free as Lena jabbed it in even harder the woman gasping for air. Gasping because Lena's other hand was wrapped around her neck choking her and her eyes narrowing as she didn't blink. At all. It was then Cheryl knew it was over for her and she had met her match and really fucked with the wrong person.

"I told you, I told you not to threaten my wife and never, ever threaten Callie. Never in life and sadly for you my face will be the last one you ever see." Lena could only smirk as she jabbed the pen in deeper watching the blood pour out Cheryl's neck while members of the den stood around protecting her. The other two members of the Panthers had run off but had been caught in the stairwell and beaten to a pulp. 

"Where do we put her Mama Lion?" one of the girls asked as they handed Lena a rag to wipe her hands.

"With the rest of the trash. Throw her in the incinerator for all I care. Where are the other two that were with her?" She asked sternly looking around as other inmates turned a cheek and went back to their cells. They knew not to say a damm word and they knew Lena was no one anyone should mess with. At times she was worse than Stef but in a different way.

"Taken care of. Found them in the stairwell. They won't be an issue." One girl said.

"Good. Leave no one behind. I'm tired of Cheryl and her bullshit. Enough is enough too much of a damm distraction and she caused enough stress to my wife."Spitting on Cheryl Lena didn't even break a sweat at the site. "Fuck you cunt. I warned you and you didn't want to listen. Tough shit. Make sure she is dead too. I don't want to have to do this again."

"Yes Mama Lion."

Sometimes Lena wondered how it had been so easy for this side of her to come out but truth was it was always there masked and hidden under layers of innocence, and suppression from her parents and herself. When growing up she had always been tempted to try things and hang out with the crowd that was maybe not the best influence. If she was honest the more she thought about it Lena remembered going to school with a girl who was very much like Stef. Very  much like her and Lena had toyed with the idea of trying to get close to her but didn't.  She was too focused on school, traveling, keeping up her GPA and pleasing her parents but that side of her laid dormant as she often felt bored and lonely. Only once had she ventured to the other side and the rush she got was like nothing else. 

It was when her cousin, Courtney, from South Central came to visit for the summer and it was game over. Courtney Adams was wild, but hid it well from Lena's parents giving off the impression that she was well behaved and polite. She was anything but that and was one hell of a liar. That summer when the two girls were just 15 she showed Lena a different side of life much like the life Stef showed her. Unfiltered, sporadic and a bit crazy. However, they were soon caught and it was the end of that for Dana Adam sent Courtney right back home and it was the last time Lena saw her.

FLASHBACK

"Lena live a little! It's all good just have a sip." Her cousin urged as they had snuck to beach after lying and saying they were going to a study group.

"I don't know Courtney. I have so many test this week."

"Lena it's summer. Those classes aren't even for credit. Now just take a sip. Come on." Hesitating but so curious Lena took it from her cousin and took a sip.
