Finally, the weekend was over, and it was time to load up and go home. Of course, the atmosphere was an awkward one to most. They packed their bags in silence and got on the bus in the same way. Lonna was still very much stuck in her thoughts as she took her spot next to Seungwan. The smile the girl gave her, just made her feel worse. Suga had to ride back on his bike, since he didn’t want to leave it behind.

Despite the discord, Jin stood up from his seat. “Excluding Suga, who is going back on his bike and isn’t here, I want to tell everyone, including teacher Jang, this retreat was very successful. Thanks everyone.” Everyone forgot for the moment, the things that were bothering them and genuinely smiled in Jin’s direction. “I believe we will be more united from now on. Am I right?”

“Right!” Everyone clapped and yelled happily.

“Alright. Rest well.” Seeing the large smile on Jin’s face, made Lonna smile as well. Harboring mixed feelings, we are headed home. But we don’t know if when the bus pulls into the stop, our hearts pull into the stop with it. The thought made the small smile fade as Lonna took a deep breath and looked out the window.

Suga’s POV

The cold wind stung his eyes as Suga made the bike go faster. The memories of Lonna laughing and smiling with Keun-suk haunted his mind. He didn’t like the way it made his chest hurt. He tried to focus on riding, but the anger was only making things worse. He’s someone I liked before. Lonna’s words came unwanted to his mind. But I like you now. Really! Suga was reaching his limit, he tightened his grip around the handle as he twisted, making the bike speed forward.

RM’s POV

RM sat as far from Jisoo as he could. He hadn’t even looked at her since they got on to the bus. He didn’t know why he kept messing everything up when it came to her, and part of him wondered if it would be best to just give up. Just as he was thinking over his thoughts, something started to crawl up his wrist and wrapped lightly around his palm.

Looking at his hand, his eyes grew big and his heart pounded loudly in his ears. Jisoo had her hand wrapped loosely around his. He could feel her shake as she did. Slowly she moved their hands closer to her and interlocked their fingers. RM could see the blush start to tint her cheeks as she smiled happily. He was over the moon, he wasn’t sure if it meant what he thought, but he wasn’t willing to ruin the moment.The meteor wish really works. He said to himself as a smile of his own spread across his face making his dimples show. Him and Jisoo both couldn’t contain their happiness.

Suga’s POV

The peace and quiet that had taken over the bus was suddenly disturbed when the bus came to a skidding stop. Everyone was thrown forward in their seats. They all looked out the window confused. Lonna felt her heart start to race as she saw Suga’s bike parked in front of them.

Suga turned the bike off as he slowly got off it. Seungwan smiled wide as soon as he started walking back towards her and Lonna. Both Jin and Keun-suk held looks of concern as he passed them. No one dared to breath as he stood next to Lonna and looked down at her. “We have the same home.” Suga said. “Why aren’t we going home together?” Seungwan looked over at Lonna, a little confused on why she was still frozen in her seat. “Let’s go.” Suga said a bit gruffly.

Lonna finally snapped out of whatever trance she was in and moved quickly to grab her bag. She awkwardly maneuvered around Suga to make it past him. Keun-suk’s stared intensely at Suga as he walked back towards the front once more. “That’s the way!” RM quietly yelled under his breath, causing Jisoo to giggle beside him. He laid his head on her shoulder as they both laughed. Jin was glad that they would now fix whatever was wrong. The only one that didn’t seem so happy was Seungwan, who frowned as Suga and Lonna finally got off the bus.
