Suga was overly confused by the scene he walked in on as he entered the warehouse. The four boys were currently gathered around a small Christmas tree in the middle of the room. RM and Taehyung were both dressed in Santa Claus outfits, Jimin was wearing a headband with a halo on top and wings on his back, and Jhope was dressed in a cow onesie. Suga slowly walked over to the chair in front of them and sat down. He was silently judging them in his head.

“What’s going on?” He asked.

“Can’t you tell? We’re searching for inspiration.” Taehyung answered.

“Inspiration. My ass. Bullshit.” Suga laughed.

“Bullshit? What about you?” RM asked.

Suga smiled arrogantly and pointed to the canvas behind him. “Considering your talent, I have nothing to worry about.” RM huffed in annoyance. Jhope looked evilly at Jimin who nodded in agreement to his unspoken question. With Jimin as the leader, all four boys started chasing Suga around the room in an attempt to make him eat his words. Suga did his best to dodge them, Jhope was the only one who got close, but Suga was able to shake him off. They spent the next couple minutes horsing around.

Lonna’s POV

Lonna kicked a rock out of her way as she walked down the dark street that would lead her home. The depressed look on her face was due to the thoughts that plagued her mind. ‘The thing with Kooky…what should I do?’ She sighed in frustration.

Lonna was pulled from her thoughts by her ringing cellphone. She quickly answered it. “Hello?”

“If you sigh, happiness will run away.” Kooky’s voice rang from the other side.

“How did you know I was sighing?” Lonna could feel a shiver run up her spine. Suddenly, something hit Lonna’s feet, she looked down to see a beer can half crushed. When she looked back up, she found herself face to face with Kooky himself. He smiled a cute bunny smile at her, but Lonna felt it was somehow sinister.

“Let me take you home.” The hand holding her cellphone started to drop in her scared state, but Kooky quickly caught it in his hand.

“Why is your hand so cold?” Lonna’s voice shivered along with the rest of her body. Kooky gave her an intense stare as he closed his cellphone. “The weather is cold. Have you been waiting for me?”

“If it will make you care about me, it was worth the wait.” Kooky’s voice was low and alluring, but it just made Lonna more scared. “Let’s get in the car.”

Lonna fought her fear to snatch her hand out of his hold as he tried to pull her. Her frustration was getting the best of her. “I don’t need you to wait. We have nothing to do with each other! I don’t need your concern!” She screamed, faking bravery, but the second she had a chance, she ran away from him.

Lonna ran as far as she could. Once she thought he possibly couldn’t be following her, she stopped to catch her breath. Her phone, that still was open in her hand, rang again. She pressed the answer button, this time it was Kooky to speak first. “I keep getting rejected…my heart hurts.” Kooky sat in the car, watching Lonna from a distance. “How do I make it go away?”

“I repeat, we have nothing to do with each other. So I don’t care how you feel!” Lonna knew she should feel guilty, but her anger and fear were ruling her more.

“Then it’s a good thing you didn’t get in the car.” Kooky said sadly. “I’ve been drinking.” Suddenly Kooky started laughing wickedly. “And I don’t have a license!” He screamed before Lonna heard the phone saying he had hung up. Her heart started racing in her chest as she heard a car engine roar to life. She turned to see a car not far from her, squealing its tires at a high speed.

“Kooky, stop!” Lonna yelled as the brake was taken off and the car sprung forward. Lonna watched in horror as the car slammed into a nearby fire hydrant. The water was spraying high into the air and landing on the car below.

Lonna ran as fast as she could to the vehicle. There didn’t seem to be anything but minor damage, so Lonna quickly opened the driver door and helped Kooky out. “Kooky! Kooky, are you ok? Kooky?”

“You do worry about me. It’s not true you don’t care.” Kooky’s words came out breathy as he struggled to breath. Lonna stared at him dumbfounded. “You’re so kind. I knew you wouldn’t lie.” Despite looking like he was in pain and being a bit wobbly on his feet, Kooky could stand. He smiled evilly at Lonna, making her step away from him. “I’ve…always been jealous of Suga. If you two are siblings, then you can’t be lovers. Otherwise…” He took a large step to close the distance between him and Lonna again.

“It’d be a sandal. Because he is the son of the college president. And for an important person like him to have his son involved in a scandal…” Lonna was afraid of the crazy look Kooky was giving her. Every step she took away from him, he would match it to come closer. Suddenly, he grabbed the back of her head and held her in place. “It would be devastating!” He screamed in her face, making Lonna yelp in fear. Kooky laughed at her reaction.

“The sandal wouldn’t just destroy Suga’s future, it would cause everyone around him…” Kooky continued to laugh. “To be so unhappy!” Lonna pushed him away from her as he laughed louder. She took the chance to finally run away. Kooky laughed until he couldn’t anymore, he fell to his knees on the ground and dug his fingers into the wet concrete as he fought to breath.

Lonna ran until she was almost home. ‘What does he want?’ Lonna pondered as she tried to even out her breathing. ‘Being close to the people I like is happiness itself. I’ve always thought so. I’ve thought that if I don’t give into my fears, then I’ll have happiness.’ It was her, who now found it hard to breath. She gripped the shirt over her aching chest as she thought about what Kooky said.“If you two are siblings, then you can’t be lovers. Otherwise…it’d be a sandal!”

Lonna fell to her knees in the empty street in despair. She gripped her aching head in her hands as the tears started streaming down her face. ‘Am I wrong?’ She didn’t know the answer to the thought.

A/N: Well I have three chapters edited so I am slowly trying to get them up. I am trying to get this book finished with uploads so I can finish up my other two. I didn't realize editing was such a huge job.

Thanks for reading, hope you like the next chapter. Look forward to more Kooky there too.
