Krystal pulled Jin into the nearest store and went straight to the clothing. She picked up at bright purple shirt and held it up against him. The color is to cutesy, it'd look weird on me. He thought as he gave her fake smile of approval.
She then picked up at smaller version of the shirt and stood in front of the mirror, holding it in front of her. Puh-lease I'm Krystal. Of course I pick purple. She thought happily.
Once they had paid for the pair of shirts, Krystal skipped down the sidewalk happily while Jin messed with his shirt. Why do we have to do this? He asked himself.
Krystal pulled out her phone and tried to take a picture of them. Just this once. We have never worn a couple outfit. She thought happily. It feels great! Jin watched her jumping around and being full of joy and couldn't help but smile.
He didn't complain when the next thing she wanted to do was visit the photo booth in the mall. He knew they could just take pictures with her phone, but if a photo booth would make her happy, he wouldn't deny her. Once they made it in there, Krystal quickly chose a background and frame. They did three funny poses as they stood close together. Jin couldn't stay that it wasn't fun for him too as he looked at the set of pictures.
When it was lunch time, Krystal talked Jin out of fast food and chose a more elegant place to eat. The waiter bowed to them as he showed them to their booth and gave them the menus. "I want a bubble tea." Jin said ordering his drink.
"We're only getting one. Give us two straws." Krystal said surprising Jin, but he decided to let her have her way. "Thank you."
When they got their drink, they both stuck a straw in and giggled at how their foreheads bumped together as they drank. Krystal quickly swallowed her portion and tapped her chin in though. "Between couple, what else is there to do?" She asked.
Jin couldn't keep ignoring his concern for the way Krystal was acting. "Krystal, it feels like you're a little puppy today."
"Why?" Krystal asked.
"When a puppy sees an electrical pole, it wants to pee on it." Krystal didn't know if she should be offended. "To mark it's territory. It feels like you're acting that way today. Your treating me like an electrical pole."
"I don't pre everywhere! You're the on peeing!" She yelled, catching Jin off guard. "I'm telling you, you not only pee on poles, you shit on them too."
Jin rapidly waved his hands in front of her face to stop her rampage. "Okay, I'm sorry, I'm wrong." He could see her sticking her chin proudly in the air and knew what that meant. "Don't get mad." Not wanting to ruin the moment, Krystal agreed to stay calm.
"I just feel like you have a sense of urgency." Jin explained in a different way. "Urgently, announcing to the world we're together."
"I just..." Krystal wasn't sure she should tell him that she was leaving. "Do you remember, why we are together?"
Jin smiled as he recalled. "Because of a red umbrella bet."
"Although we began with a bet, I said I want to create memories of our own. I was serious. So every thing I do today, is to create a memory." Krystal explained.
Jin looked at her confused. "But everyday we're together is a memory. You don't need to create one intentionally."
"We..." Krystal frowned. "Both assume we have countless days. But what if we don't? And if we carelessly wasted today, then tomorrow's memory wouldn't it be a blank." She smiled cutely at him, before taking another sip.
Jin could feel that something was off, but decided not to question it. He smiled back at her and also took a drink. Krystal stuck up her fingers and counted down from three. Once she got to one, the race was one, for who could get to the bottom first. Unfortunately for Krystal, she got a mouth full of beads and couldn't continue, making Jin victorious.
Suga's POV
Suga walked down the crowded streets, his mind full of thoughts. Seeing the two familiar faces of Jin and Krystal pass him, happily laughing together in their matching outfits, he stopped to watch them.
That's Krystal and auntie. He thought as he laughed at their display. Must lovers be so flamboyant? Then his thoughts once again fell to Lonna and the depressing frown made his lips dip as he continued home.
Krystal's POV
"I'll take you home." Jin said as Krystal laid her head on his shoulder.
"Hey!" Krystal said, smacking his arm lightly. "Didn't I say I get to choose where we go today?"
"Then...where do you want to go?" Jin asked. Krystal didn't even say anything as she grabbed his hand and ran.
After a bit of a run, Krystal had surprised Jin by going straight to his apartment. Scared of the mess that laid behind the door, he quickly tried to clean up. Krystal looked around as he moved back and forth. "It's really messy." He said apologetically.
"Am I the first girl to be in this room?" Krystal asked as she followed him to his bedroom.
"No." Jin's answer made her sad. Seeing her frown, Jin felt her had to explain. "Every once in a awhile, my grandma comes to clean." The smile that he loved so much, came back to her face. "I don't have anything here. I'll go to the grocery store. What do you want?"
"I want..." Krystal looked around the room and tapped her chin. "To spend the night here." Jin felt like someone had punched him in the gut. Krystal became worried for him when the look of fear stared back at her from his eyes and the dirty clothes he held in his arms, slowly fell to the floor. Krystal bit her lip nervously as he stood frozen in front of her.
Suga's POV
Suga yawned as he leaned back against his headboard. A knock on the door, stopped him from closing his eyes. "Come in."
Lonna smiled at him as she entered the room and left the door open a small bit. She walked over to him. "Where did you go?"
Suga shook his head in answer before yawning. "I am sleepy."
"You want to sleep?" Lonna asked as she took a step back towards the door. Suga quickly grabbed her wrist to keep her from leaving. He pulled her down on the bed and laid his head in her lap. He brought the arm he had in his and made her cuddle him.
"Lonna." His voice was already rough and low from tiredness.
"Hmm." Lonna hummed as she combed her fingers through his soft blonde hair.
"On my way back, I saw Krystal and Jin wearing a couple's outfit. They were sweet." Suga said with a half asleep smile. "Actually, it was more like goosebumpy cute. Isn't that great?" He laughed slightly as he moved his cheek around her leg to find a more comfortable place to sleep.
Lonna wanted to think the same way as Suga, but what Krystal had told her earlier, only helped to worry her. She wondered if her friend was ok.
