Jimin had just finished showering when he heard his phone go off. When he checked his phone, there were messages from the one person he said he wouldn't see this weekend: Taehyung.
T: Wanna come over tonight?
T: You don't have to if you don't want to
T: But Jin and Namjoon are going on a double date with their girlfriends so you can come over early if you want
Jimin sighed. This is the exact opposite of what he wanted to happen. He planned on hanging out with Yoongi.
He shouldn't hang out with Taehyung. He didn't want to admit it before, but he was growing more attached every time he hung out with him. He was starting to get scared, but he was in too deep. He tried to ignore the logical thoughts that told him no, knowing damn well it would be so much harder to leave him the longer he hangs out with him.
It would be fine. He would hang out with Taehyung tonight and Yoongi tomorrow.
He planned on just having sex anyway so just fooling around couldn't do that much harm, right?
He was surely dead wrong but that was something he couldn't comprehend at the moment.
J: Hey, I'm still not feeling all that great so can we hang out tomorrow?
When Yoongi got Jimin's text, he was a little disappointed. He wanted to hang out with his friend. He didn't want to assume anything, but he had a feeling that Jimin really didn't want to hangout with him. He decided that if he canceled on him tomorrow he would say something.
Y: Totally fine. I'll text you when I wake up tomorrow and go from there
J: Sounds good!
Jimin quickly got dressed and lied down in his bed, dreading the fact that he would have to have dinner with his parents again. It happens almost everyday, but he'll always dread it.
~
He just had to get through dinner. He planned on going over Taehyung's at 7:00PM which wasn't as long as he usually has to wait.
During dinner he told his parents he was going over Jungkook's house, but probably not sleeping over because he wasn't in the mood to spend the night with him. They were fine with it as they knew Jungkook as just his friend and he hasn't seen him in a while, as far as they knew.
~
Dinner went as usual. Jimin's mom made something light enough that didn't make him feel too guilty for eating and his father asked about his grades, in which he didn't get back for his exam yet. He cooperated and said what they wanted to hear as well as cleaned up after dinner. He couldn't wait to just get to Taehyung's house to get his mind off of things at home, even though occupying his mind with Taehyung wasn't exactly a good alternative.
He decided that he wasn't going to pack an overnight bag or anything so that he didn't have a choice and would have to come home. He did think about the possibility of Taehyung offering him his clothes to wear instead, but he mentally promised himself that he would decline the offer and would be firm about having to go home. If he was at least able to do that, then it would be fine.
