Chapter 61

Okay y'all, get ready because this chapter is... a lot.

It's also a really fluffy and just beautiful chapter, if I do say so myself. You are going to be so proud of Jimin in this, that's all I'm going to say for now ;)

Yoongi was currently sitting on his laptop on his couch, wracking his brain to think of ideas- birthday ideas. Jimin's birthday was coming up soon- in just a few days- and he had absolutely no idea what to do for him. Of course, Jimin was no help and insisted that he didn't want Yoongi to worry about doing anything crazy for his birthday. He does enough for Jimin already, all he wants is his company. He would be grateful for anything, obviously, but he didn't want him to think he had to take him anywhere or do anything. But of course, that's just the kind of person Yoongi is.

Hoseok, however, wasn't any more help than Jimin was with his first suggestion. Hoseok just said "birthday sex" over and over. While that could be part of the night, there was no way that would be the only thing they were doing. That wasn't the only thing he suggested, though, he was really helpful when suggesting restaurants because he mentioned that you can't really go wrong with just going out to eat. Yoongi considered his suggestions and thanked him for them, however, he didn't want to commit to taking Jimin out to eat in fear that he won't want to and wreck all the progress he's been making. He didn't want him to feel like he has to go because Yoongi took the time to plan it. Before Yoongi knew about his disorder, he wouldn't think twice about it and that would be his plan. However, he's glad he knows now, he wouldn't want to put him in that position. Jimin's been seemingly fine every other time they went out before Yoongi found out, but he now realizes he was probably suffering in silence as he wouldn't say anything about it. Yoongi didn't say that to Hoseok, of course. He just told him he would consider the options he gave him.

Hoseok was playing a game on his laptop, already distracted, so Yoongi decided to text Jimin's brother. He did have his number now and he thought this would be an appropriate thing to reach out to him about as he knows Jimin better than anyone.

Y: Hey, JiHyun. I have a question. It's about Jimin's birthday. I want to do something for him, but I'm not exactly sure what. I was wondering if you have any suggestions.

JiHyun answered a few minutes later.

JH: Hey, of course. Did you have any ideas?

Y: The only thing I could come up with so far is places to eat but... I don't know if that's, you know, I don't know. I don't want to pressure him into anything.

His other idea he couldn't exactly tell him. He wasn't going to say, "oh yeah, and then I plan on making love to your brother all night long." That's what he would love to do, but he couldn't say that.

JH: Yeah, I completely get that. It's hard, you know he'll appreciate anything, but I get not wanting to take him out to eat. My best suggestion would be to just keep things small. Have him over your apartment and let him choose what he wants to do. You spend a lot of time with him so you know what he might want to do. You can just relax and watch a movie, maybe with some champagne and offer to either make him whatever he wants or order food if he wants to eat. And then, well, whatever else you want to do is your business. But let him choose so that he doesn't feel pressured.

Yoongi's cheeks got hot for a moment. It was as if JiHyun read his mind.

Y: That's actually a really good idea. Did you have something planned over the weekend? I don't want to intrude on your plans.
